Essa has been engaged in various Change Management initiatives, which involved implementing a HRMS systems, ERP, employee outsourcing, rightsizing the organization. Projects also involved overhauling the culture with the introduction of new skills through training drilled down to all employees in the organization. He has been involved in culture management process during changes in the management.
